I am a birth and postpartum doula passionate about supporting families through one of life’s most transformative seasons with compassion, calm, and evidence-based care.

It might be surprising to hear that I studied anthropology & archaeology in college. It was there that I learned about the role that doulas play in many different cultures across the world. After graduation, I became a nanny for a family who helped to encourage me and support me on my path to becoming a doula. Throughout my first year in the field, I completed my birth doula certification through Childbirth International (CBI), networked with many doulas across the state of Connecticut, and so far I’ve supported clients at Manchester Memorial Hospital, Middlesex Hospital, and John Dempsey Hospital (UCONN).

I believe that every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and deeply cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. My role as your doula is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support while helping you feel calm and confident in your choices every step of the way.

Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, medicated or unmedicated birth, I strive to create a supportive and judgement free space where you feel heard, empowered and safe.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and personalized to each family I work with. I value connection, trust, and creating a calming presence during both birth and postpartum recovery.

When I’m not supporting clients, you can find me playing with my dogs, taking care of my chickens, cooking elaborate meals, doing arts and crafts, weight lifting, jamming out at spin class, or spending time with my fiancé!
